Dora Barrancos

Dora Beatriz Barrancos (born 15 August 1940) is an Argentine researcher, sociologist, historian, feminist, and politician. She is currently a national senator-elect for the city of Buenos Aires.

She was part of the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) board of directors until May 2019, when she resigned in protest over a budget reduction that severely affected the institution. Provided by Wikipedia
