Lionsgate

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (also known as Lions Gate Entertainment Corporation, and doing business as Lionsgate) is a Canadian-American entertainment company currently headquartered in Santa Monica, California. It was founded by Frank Giustra on July 10, 1997, and domiciled in Vancouver, British Columbia, being incorporated there.

Up until 2024, Lionsgate owned film and TV studios under its own umbrella. They have since been spun off into Lionsgate Studios, of which Lionsgate owns 87%. Provided by Wikipedia
